CozyCare Throws™ are considered personal-use items and are crafted with hormone-friendly, skin-safe materials. For hygiene and safety reasons, all blanket sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on blankets once they have been shipped.

We encourage you to review all product descriptions, photos, and size details before ordering. If you have questions about fabric, color, or size, please contact us before placing your order ~ we’re happy to help you choose the perfect throw.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, all skincare sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once skincare items have been shipped.

Non-personal items such as CozyCare Totes may be returned if they are:

• Unused and in their original packaging
   
• Returned within 14 days of delivery
   
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
   

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

1. Contact us within 3 business days of delivery at connie@selfcareuniversityok.com.
    
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect product.
    
3. We will arrange a replacement or other resolution as quickly as possible.
